About SAPDF
SAPDF — Service d'Aide aux Personnes en Difficulté Financière — is a mutual-aid platform whose mission is to support, for free and with dignity, anyone going through a period of financial hardship. "Together, let's restore hope" is not just a slogan: it's the spirit in which every case is handled.
Our mission
To offer human support — not just financial — to people who, very often, don't dare ask for help. Every case is reviewed individually by the Direction or a Manager, with a genuine will to understand a situation before responding to it.
How we work
Anyone can create an account and open a case describing their situation. A conversation then begins with the team, through private messaging, until a decision is made. The service is free and accessible regardless of nationality or place of residence.
Privacy: a commitment, not an option
Private conversations are never read, analyzed or moderated by artificial intelligence or any automated tool — nor by anyone outside the people directly involved in your case. The only exception: a technical translation may be applied on screen to allow exchanges across languages; it never changes the content actually stored.
A wider community
Beyond individual support, SAPDF brings together a community: donors who support campaigns, volunteers who get involved on the ground, and a publication space where testimonials and news are shared.
